A Little Bit of Retro
These little retro foot stools you can pick up at local thrift stores quite easily. Often they have damaged vinyl coverings that would bring your living space down. What I did was to pick up an original retro table cloth and re cover the top with it. All you need is an upholstery staple gun (cheap and easy to find at a spotlight). Some upholstery tacks from Bunnings and off you go. Cut the table cloth to size and make your folds neat and tidy. This footstool I sold on ebay last week, off to a happy home.
